GET/v1/reconciliation/journalpayments:read
Needs payments:read. Each reported movement of the period split into its amount and its fee, with the report line it comes from, the estimate of the tariff and its state: matched, gap, unbound (money without its order) or account (not tied to a payment). Counters of lines, matched lines, open gaps and journal corrections. Nothing is ever deleted: a corrected report adds a reversing transaction linked to the one it corrects.

Une erreur ne vaut jamais paiement. Le corps donne code, message, request_id et retry_action ; renvoyez la même Idempotency-Key si retry_action le propose.
